The services of the house are first class, a gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, a state-of-the-art gym and a home theater room. The living room and dining room are connected to the spacious terraces through large windows that open wide, making the most of the living and meeting spaces.
Outdoors, you’ll find an impressive, heated infinity pool that merges with the Pacific Ocean where the view is simply spectacular. The Terrace has all the amenities to spend the day either sunbathing and relaxing on the loungers or preparing a delicious dinner on the grill under the spacious palapa. - No smoking inside Villa
- No pets allowed without owner’s prior approval.
- Pedregal HOA has a noise ordinance: loud noise and music after 10:30 PM will be subject to response by Pedregal Security which may result in penalties
- No groups without at least one member of 25 years of age. All groups must have a member of 25 years of age as a signing renter.
